We are seeking an experienced Electrician Manager to lead our electrical team within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality assurance, and effective performance.
• Oversight: Oversee electrical installations and maintenance for PEB projects, machine maintenance, Plant.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance on electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials and equipment, ensuring all resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure all electrical work meets the company’s standards and client specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Budget Management: Assist in preparing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding electrical aspects of projects, addressing concerns and providing updates on progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 12-18 years of relevant experience in electrical management, preferably within the PEB sector.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in electrical safety and management are a plus.
