Job description are as below:
- Business development; generate leads, inquiries from new and existing accounts, frequent visits to industry influencers (consultants, architects and contractors) and customers.
- Pre order Site Visits for better understanding application, value engineering or BOQ formation.
- Understand the BOQ/Specifications.
- Make offers with technical and commercial knowledge.
- Follow up and take feedback on submittals till the project is won/lost.
- Timely follow up for payment collections for project execution.
- Making weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Good understanding / TECHNICAL KNOW- HOW of the product, able to resolve the queries of the clients and provide effective counseling to aid them in their
procurement. - Develop marketing strategies for business development within Territory.
- Customer Profiling: To understand customer requirements. • Receivables Management: Collection reviews & follow up to ensure the target is met. Reviewing consistently with the sales team to push them to achieve their collection target.
- Strategic planning Budget & forecast Competitors Mapping gathering the information from competitors.
Qualification & skills required :
B.Tech(civil/Mechanical) & candidate should have experience in Peb(Pre- engineer Building) or similar Industry like Building Product
Experience :– 4 to 8 years
